This Privacy Policy describes how Contractor 360, a brand operated by 14305124 Canada Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian corporation (“Contractor 360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website at contractor360.pro (the “Website”) and when you use any of our productized applications, including NYC Permit Radar (collectively, the “Services”).
Contractor 360 provides two categories of services: (1) custom consulting engagements, including custom application development, business systems design, and productivity tool builds for contractors and trades businesses; and (2) productized subscription applications, such as NYC Permit Radar, that deliver construction industry data and intelligence to subscribers.
This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, prospective clients, consulting clients, and application subscribers. Where specific data practices differ between the Website and our productized applications, those differences are noted below.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Website Visitors
When you browse our Website without creating an account or submitting a form, we may collect:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring URL (the page that directed you to our Website)
1.2 Contact and Inquiry Forms
When you contact us through the Website, submit a consultation request, or otherwise provide information voluntarily, we collect:

- Company or business name (if provided)
- Message content and any project details you share
1.3 Consulting Clients
When you engage Contractor 360 for custom consulting work, we may additionally collect:
- Business name, address, and registration details
- Billing and invoicing information
- Project-specific data you provide for the purpose of building your systems or tools
- Access credentials to third-party tools or platforms you authorize us to work within (e.g., CRM, email, automation platforms)
Client project data is handled in accordance with any separate service agreement or statement of work executed between Contractor 360 and the client.
1.4 Application Subscribers (NYC Permit Radar and Future Applications)
When you create an account in one of our productized applications, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Trade preferences and service area selections
- Saved filter and dashboard preferences
- Subscription plan and billing history (processed by Stripe)

1.5 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or payment card data. All payment processing across our Services is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Contractor 360 never has access to your full payment card information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries and consultation requests
- To deliver consulting services and fulfill project engagements
- To create and manage application subscriber accounts
- To provide access to application features based on subscription plans
- To process payments through Stripe
- To communicate with you about your account, projects, or service updates
- To improve our Website, Services, and user experience
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or selling to data brokers.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate our Website and Services. Your personal information may be shared with these providers solely for the purpose of delivering the Services:
Clerk (authentication) — Manages user account creation and login for our applications.
Stripe (payments) — Processes subscription and consulting payments. Handles all payment card data directly.
Supabase (data storage) — Stores application data and subscriber records.
Vercel (hosting) — Hosts the Website and web applications.
Google Workspace — Used for business communications, file storage, and project collaboration.
Additional providers may be used for specific consulting engagements as agreed with the client. Each third-party provider operates under their own privacy policy and data protection obligations.
4. Data We Do Not Sell
Contractor 360 does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party for any purpose. Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve our Services.
5. Publicly Sourced Data in Our Applications
Certain Contractor 360 applications, including NYC Permit Radar, display business and contractor information sourced from publicly available government records (e.g., NYC Open Data, municipal permit databases). This information—including contractor names, phone numbers, and business addresses—is part of the public record and is not considered private personal information.
If you are a contractor or business whose information appears in one of our applications and you wish to request review or removal of your contact details, please contact us at connect@contractor360.pro. Because this data originates from public government records, removal from our application does not remove it from the original government source. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within thirty (30) days.
6. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Contractor 360 is a Canadian company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Our third-party service providers may store and process personal information in the United States or other jurisdictions outside of Canada.
In accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), we disclose that your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in jurisdictions outside of Canada where data protection laws may differ. By using our Website or Services, you consent to such transfers.
7. Data Retention
- Website inquiries and contact form submissions: retained for two (2) years unless you request earlier deletion.
- Consulting client data: retained for the duration of the engagement and for two (2) years following project completion, unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise.
- Application subscriber data: retained for the duration of the active subscription. Upon cancellation or termination, data is retained for thirty (30) days and then permanently deleted.
We may retain certain records longer where required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance).
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Right of Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right of Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right of Deletion — Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our retention obligations and legal requirements.
- Right to Withdraw Consent — Where processing is based on consent, withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal.

9. Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) Compliance
Contractor 360 complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will only send you commercial electronic messages where we have your express or implied consent as defined by CASL.
You may withdraw consent to receive commercial electronic messages at any time by contacting us at connect@contractor360.pro or using the unsubscribe mechanism in our emails. Transactional messages (e.g., payment confirmations, account alerts, project deliverables) are not subject to CASL consent requirements.
10. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, Contractor 360 will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable law, including PIPEDA’s breach notification requirements and, where applicable, the New York SHIELD Act. Notification will be provided without unreasonable delay and will include the nature of the breach, the information affected, and steps being taken in response.
11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Website and applications use essential cookies required for authentication, session management, and core functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools that profile visitors across other websites.
If we introduce non-essential cookies or analytics tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement appropriate consent mechanisms.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our Website and Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Contractor 360 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where we have your email address, we will notify you of material changes at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
